Pura is seeking a Senior Director of Compliance to establish and lead a pragmatic, risk-based compliance program across consumer products and technology. The role partners with Legal and senior business leaders to balance strategic governance with practical execution.

The ideal candidate will drive regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance initiatives, support international expansion, and help the company grow faster while maintaining integrity and consumer trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory and compliance matters involving consumer-facing products.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance function and build a risk-based program.
