Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking a senior leader of clinical practice to oversee daily and strategic operations across multiple clinic sites within the health system. You will manage revenue, budgets, and staffing while collaborating with executive leadership to achieve high quality patient care and operational performance.

Responsibilities include developing policies, guiding care management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with JCAHO, OSHA and billing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or equivalent graduate work preferred.
• Six (6) years management experience in physician group practice including multi-site group management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages daily and strategic operations of multiple clinic sites, health-system wide programs/departments/sections or business services (revenue cycle, patient access, patient care services, etc).
• Directs revenue, costs, funding and budget operations for large and complex departments or sections, to achieve high quality staff and operations/clinical performance.
• Manages and influences relationships with executive managers, physicians, functional area managers and staff to achieve best in practice performance and business results.
• Develops and implements organizational policies and procedures including, but not limited to JCAHO, OSHA, billing/reimbursement, medical records guidelines, and human resources.
• Develops and implements state-of-the-art care management techniques and approaches for nursing triage and disease management strategies and programs.
• Collaborates with the managed care department.

Education
