Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan for Chapters program and oversee volunteer leaders.
• Provide support to the Alumni Relations Board and liaison to campus partners.
• Plan and execute engagement events and programs, including travel and tours.
• Manage staff, establish performance expectations, and supervise team members.
• Collaborate across units to ensure fundraising and engagement goals are met.
