Job summary

The Hana Group in Wayne, PA is seeking a Director of Accounting responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting, month-end and year-end closes, GAAP compliance, and coordinating audits.

You will lead the accounting team, monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis to inform executive decisions. On-site collaboration with senior leadership across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years of accounting experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in corporate or government contracting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Lead accounting team and establish internal controls.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and stakeholders.
