Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Accounting for its Wayne, PA operations.

This senior leadership role reports to the CFO and oversees accounting across multiple entities, including joint ventures and operating locations. The candidate will lead general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and revenue recognition, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• CPA highly preferred for this senior role.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in managing finance and accounting operations across multiple companies, joint ventures, and business units.
• Lead the accounting team responsible for general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, billing, revenue recognition, and cash management.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidations, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Prepare financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and contract profitability analyses for leadership.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, allocations, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate contract accounting, administration, billing, and profitability.
• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity management.
