The Director of Accounting is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities for The Hana Group. This role manages the month-end and year-end closing processes, prepares and reviews financial statements, and ensures compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements. The Director of Accounting will lead the accounting team, establish and maintain internal controls, and coordinate audits with external auditors and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial analysis to guide executive decision-making.
