As the organization grows, there is an increasing need to elevate financial processes, improve consistency, and build a more scalable infrastructure to support long-term objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of stabilizing and enhancing accounting operations across a complex, multi-entity business unit
• Redesign and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the finance function
• Oversee period-end close and reporting cycles, ensuring consistency, transparency, and timeliness of financial outputs
• Partner with operational stakeholders to better align financial processes with day-to-day business activity and performance drivers
• Build and refine reporting frameworks that provide clearer visibility into both financial and operational metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to strengthen controls and workflows
• Support and lead system-related enhancements or implementations to improve data integrity and reporting capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as a key advisor to leadership, proactively surfacing risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading transformation or change initiatives within complex, multi-entity environments
• Experience operating in decentralized or operationally intensive business models (e.g., project-based, field services, or multi-location environments)
• Strong technical accounting foundation and understanding of core financial processes
• Experience improving processes, implementing systems, or building scalable infrastructure
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a hands‑on capacity
