You will supervise staff, manage quarterly participation reports, the Annual Report, and the Disparity Study, and collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. A strong background in statistics and public-sector reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 quantitative credit hours and 7+ years in economic development or business settings.
• Master’s degree in business administration, statistics or related fields preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly OEO participation reports.
• Write and oversee narrative and data portions of the OEO Annual Report.
• Oversee the production of the Disparity Study and related monthly/quarterly data reports.
• Provide ad hoc data reports as needed.
