Job summary

The City of Philadelphia, Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO), seeks a Senior Director to lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for quarterly participation reports and the Annual Report. This role supervises staff and ensures data integrity across ACIS, B2GNow, and related platforms.

Ideal candidates bring advanced quantitative skills, strong written and verbal communication, and experience coordinating with city partners to support business advantages and economic opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major in statistics, economics or applied mathematics and 12 semester credit hours in quantitative methods; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in business administration, statistics or related field acceptable to the City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for OEO quarterly participation reports.
• Write and oversee narrative and data portions of the OEO Annual Report.
• Oversee production of the Disparity Study and monthly/quarterly data reports.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with OEO and other city departments to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare agendas and data collection-related presentations for quarterly meetings.
