Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics required.
• 20+ years in management or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in developing and executing licensing plans for advanced reactor technology within the U.S. regulatory framework.
• Oversee creation of regulatory deliverables (technical reports, topical reports, license applications).
• Define and drive regulatory strategy addressing major technical/programmatic challenges.
• Serve as executive owner of licensing basis for one or more reactor technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate regulatory requirements into design bases.
• Support testing programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead high-level regulatory discussions with regulators, customers, and partners.
• Develop budgets and schedules with project management to achieve regulatory outcomes.
