Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Director of NPI Program Management to lead our critical new product introduction programs across GaN and SiC portfolios. This is a hands-on leadership role owning programs end-to-end and building the NPI organization.

The role drives capacity planning, gross margin improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to improve profitability from NPI through production.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or closely related field; MS or MBA strongly preferred.
12+ years in semiconductor with at least 7 years in NPI/program management, operations, or product development leadership.
Demonstrated track record leading complex semiconductor NPI programs from concept through launch to production ramp.
Direct people management experience of PM teams, including hiring and performance management.
Strong executive communication and ability to influence across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and sales.

Responsibilities

Own flagship NPI programs end-to-end from concept to production ramp.
Lead weekly NPI meetings and manage a PM team of PMs and interns.
Define and execute multi-program NPI plans for GaN and SiC power products.
Chair NPI gate reviews with executive-level criteria and decisions.
Drive cross-functional NPI execution across R&D, process engineering, QA, operations, supply chain, and finance.
Develop capacity models, risk management, and margin improvement initiatives for NPI portfolios.
