Cabaletta Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of New Product Planning to lead product strategy across development stages.

This role will translate deep market understanding into actionable product decisions, define target product profiles, and collaborate with commercial teams on forecasting pre-launch activities. The position can be based at our Philadelphia, PA headquarters or work in a hybrid model, reporting to the Chief Business Officer.

Qualifications

• Market research methodologies and insight generation to inform product strategy.
• Translate findings into actionable product requirements for development teams.
• Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and market impact on decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-focused new product planning across early- and late-stage programs, including TPPS.
• Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative market research to inform product design and differentiation.
• Translate customer, payer, and market insights into clear product requirements for development teams.
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align development plans with market needs.
• Assess competitive landscapes and evolving standards of care to guide positioning.
• Develop product narratives for internal decision-making and external stakeholders.
• Support portfolio prioritization through analyses and value framing.
• Prepare and present product strategy updates to governance forums and senior leadership.
• Establish best practices and tools for portfolio-level product planning.
