Job summary

Rapport Therapeutics in Boston is seeking an Associate Director, New Product Planning to shape the commercial strategy for pipeline assets from discovery through launch. You will translate clinical, scientific, and market data into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will build rigorous forecasts, lead market assessments, and collaborate with Discovery, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access to inform portfolio decisions in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH or advanced life sciences degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial strategy, NP planning, or life sciences consulting.
• Proven forecasting model development and defense.
• Strong track record leading/participating in market sizing and competitive intelligence analyses.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong executive presence with ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and Finance.
• Therapeutic area experience in neurology/psychiatry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-year commercial forecasts for pipeline assets across indications and geographies.
• Lead end-to-end market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and TPP development.
• Support in-licensing, out-licensing, and portfolio planning decisions with commercial inputs.
• Collaborate with Discovery, Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Market Access to align strategy.
