Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing or related field with advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product strategy, new product planning, marketing or commercial insight in biopharma.
• Strong market research, insight generation and translating findings into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-focused new product planning across early- and late-stage programs and define Target Product Profiles.
• Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative market research for indication prioritization and differentiation.
• Translate customer, payer, and market insights into clear product requirements for development teams.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to align development plans with market needs.
• Assess competitive landscapes and evolving standards to guide positioning and lifecycle planning.
• Develop narratives that articulate clinical value and unmet need for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support portfolio prioritization through analyses and value framing.
• Prepare and present strategy updates to governance forums and senior leadership.
• Establish best practices, tools, and frameworks for product planning and insight generation.
