Salary: $85,000.00 Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership for the Network Development Department, including provider recruitment, credentialing, contract administration, education, and network performance initiatives.
• Develop and implement long-range departmental goals, operational plans, and performance measures aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee departmental budget planning, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure cost-effective achievement of goals.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department management staff while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and compliant work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, department heads, provider partners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure HR programs and employment practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable policies and equal employment opportunity principles.
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, proposals, and presentations related to network development priorities and departmental outcomes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or related field, preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in a healthcare, managed care, provider network, or medical environment, preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible management experience, including supervision of managers or multi-functional teams, preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, budget management, business administration, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills.

The salary range for this position is starting at $85,000 and may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and in alignment with applicable law.
