Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or related areas.
• 7+ years experience negotiating complex contracts with hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting strategies with Market Leaders to meet network development and cost management objectives.
• Lead and mentor the provider contracting team with clear goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with Network Monitoring & Performance to identify gaps and expand provider relationships and access to care.
• Source and identify OON provider targets aligning with Oscar's Market strategy.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary service providers.
• Develop and execute contracting agreements to drive financial performance and ensure access to quality care.
