Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of telecommunications, broadband, fiber-optic, or network engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Proven experience developing network architecture and roadmaps for broadband providers.
• Extensive experience with fiber-optic networks, PON, transport networks, IP networking.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and capacity planning.
• Strong financial, business, and capital planning acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Network Engineering organization, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Develop and execute the engineering vision, objectives, and performance measures.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Build and maintain a high-performing engineering organization to support growth.
