Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking seasoned Government Relations professionals to join our Washington, DC team. This role supports engagement with Members of Congress and executive branch officials across multiple lines of business, focusing on budget, authorization, and policy priorities to advance Anduril’s national security objectives.

Responsibilities include developing GR strategies, drafting policy and funding requests, and coordinating official visits, with travel up to ~25%.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in the national security, government relations, and/or federal arena is recommended.
• Extensive knowledge of US federal appropriations and policy making processes.
• Experience with defense policy and budget issues; ability to build coalitions with Congressional and executive branch officials.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of GR strategies to build the company’s reputation and policy priorities in Washington, DC.
• Develop and implement GR strategy across business lines and fiscal years; engage in strategic national security policy and funding priorities.
• Support planning and execution of appropriations and authorization strategies impacting multiple business lines and revenue targets.
• Coordinate visits by congressional Members and staff to Anduril facilities (domestic and international).
• Prepare policy and funding requests, white papers, PowerPoints, congressional testimony and hearing prep.
• Monitor and engage the congressional policymaking process, focusing on annual appropriations and defense policies.
• Collaborate across teams and with external consultants and leadership to align messaging and priorities.
• Support Anduril’s Political Action Committee priorities.
