Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) seeks an experienced professional for its DC GPU CBG to drive North America cloud service provider engagements.

You will partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to foster AI and cloud deployments and align AMD technologies with customer strategies. You will report to a CVP in the DC GPU BU and base location in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, design wins, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing forecasts, pricing, and design wins.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and playbook for NA cloud customers with deep understanding of customer needs and solution architecture.
• Outline and operationalize strategic business targets aligned with corporate goals.
• Execute to annual objectives measured by design wins, revenue and gross margin.
• Engage with system hardware architects, software engineers, and customer stakeholders to enable collaboration with AMD teams.
• Lead technical and business follow-ups as AMD’s primary contact for CSPs.
• Build partnerships with CSP internal teams and customers; develop training materials and demand-gen content.
• Analyze industry trends, especially CSP performance in AI.
• Serve as first-line resolver for technical and quality issues with NA CSPs.
• Forecast and align customer revenue plans with AMD Sales; coordinate across BUs.
