Job summary

AMD's Data Center GPU organization seeks a Director, Customer Program Management – Data Center GPU to lead strategic hyperscale and cloud customer engagements, driving deployment, adoption, and expansion of AMD datacenter GPU solutions.

This executive role partners with AMD Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to accelerate ramp, remove barriers, and shape platform strategies while maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading large, customer-facing technical programs in datacenter infrastructure or AI platforms.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive program lead for largest hyperscale, CSP, and AI customer engagements.
• Own end-to-end customer success for complex datacenter GPU deployments and production ramp.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executives.
• Drive alignment across AMD teams to ensure timely execution of commitments.
• Lead cross-functional planning, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness activities.
