Job summary

Panelmatic seeks a Project Director, Multi-Site Project Management, to lead a high-performing PM organization across Houston, Sacramento, Youngstown, Brookfield, and Vancouver. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver $300M–$500M annually with execution excellence and strong customer partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in PM, PMP certification, and proven ability to standardize processes, drive performance, and develop PM talent across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• PMP Certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including leading PMOs across multiple sites.
• Experience managing portfolios with annual project volumes of $300M–$500M.
• Experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial, utility, power distribution, electrical equipment, EPC, data center, or infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership of Project Management teams across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop Project Managers through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Lead executive reviews, portfolio reviews, and business updates with transparency on performance, milestones, risks, and recovery actions.
• Maintain a consistent PM framework, governance, and execution methodology across locations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with required margins.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to align with project priorities and customer commitments.
• Develop talent, staffing plans, and organizational growth for PM across all locations.
• Travel regularly (up to 30%) to support teams and customer engagements.
