Whataburger Restaurants seeks a seasoned Facilities Services leader based in San Antonio to oversee multi-site operations, develop asset management strategies, and align maintenance programs with financial goals. You will partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and business cases, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise service models.

The role requires 12+ years in facilities services with strong leadership and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in facilities services, maintenance operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and maintenance organizations.
• Experience developing and executing operational and financial strategies.
• Expertise in facilities services, asset management, and lifecycle planning.
• Experience managing large budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to adapt to and learn the technology platforms, systems, applications, and equipment used in the role.

Responsabilidades
