Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in digital product management, mobile apps, AI/LLM, or tech leadership.
• Minimum of 6+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional digital teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale applications for multiple brands or units.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (internal teams and external vendors/MSPs).
• Experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and vendor contracts.
• Experience integrating applications with complex enterprise systems and APIs.
• Experience leading experimentation and digital optimization initiatives.
• Experience implementing or scaling AI-driven capabilities within digital products.

Responsibilities

• Translate mobile product strategies into executable delivery roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery of mobile initiatives including large-scale projects and maintenance.
• Own end-to-end mobile SDLC and release management.
• Ensure measurable delivery performance across internal and MSP teams.
• Collaborate to define KPIs for adoption, revenue, engagement, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing strategies for optimization.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts for mobile portfolios.
