Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a seasoned QA Architect to shape automated testing across mobile, web, backend APIs, and IoT platforms within the COE. This role demands hands-on leadership, framework evaluation, and cross-domain collaboration to raise quality standards across our technology stack.

You will lead the evaluation of frameworks, drive AI-assisted testing, champion CI/CD integration, and mentor engineers while ensuring quality gates align with Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software quality engineering with a senior lead role.
• Experience automating across mobile, web, API, or IoT domains.
• Proficiency in Java and Dart; knowledge of additional languages beneficial.
• Strong experience integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to architect and lead quality engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA architecture implementation across mobile, web, backend/API, and IoT domains.
• Evaluate and roll out testing frameworks and tooling; ensure cohesive adoption.
• Collaborate with COE QA Architects to align standards and practices.
• Drive AI-powered testing adoption and establish guardrails and metrics.
