Job summary

BerQ RNG Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Business Operations – Mixed Waste to drive operational leadership for our Bloomington, CA facility. You will ensure safety, reliability, and financial performance while steering site teams, driving improvements, and coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and HR.

You will optimize digester health, feedstock management, and plant performance, translating corporate goals into actionable plans and communicating results to the CEO and executives.

Qualifications

• Progressive operational leadership in mixed-waste or related industrial settings.
• Hands-on digester health, feedstock management, and process performance.
• Experience with capital projects and facility P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Facility operations, setting priorities and accountability.
• Oversee safe, reliable, and financially responsible performance and improvements.
• Maintain safety culture, regulatory compliance, audits, and training.
• Lead digester health, feedstock management, and gas production optimization.
• Manage capital projects and transition to ongoing operations.
• Report on performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Develop a high-performing operations organization and HR collaboration.
