Job summary

Antero Resources in Bridgeport, WV seeks a Director-level Midstream Operations leader to direct Gathering, Compression and Processing services. You will drive HSSE culture, manage capital and operating budgets, and shape operating strategies for safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

This role oversees the Gathering and Compression departments, interfaces with regulators and partners, and leads a high-performance team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• At least fifteen (15) years of Midstream or related Oil & Gas technical and operational experience.
• At least ten (10) years of professional leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations across Gathering, Compression and Processing services.
• Lead HSSE culture and year-on-year performance improvements.
• Manage capital and operating budgets to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Direct operating strategies, processes, and performance management systems.
• Interface with regulators, partners, and other operators in the region.
