Job summary

Antero in Pennsboro, WV is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Midstream Maintenance programs and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in maintenance, along with five years in a supervisory role.

This position requires excellent communication skills, advanced mechanical knowledge, and responsibilities for managing safety processes. Role includes overseeing technical support and managing maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• At least eight (8) years of maintenance and/or oil & gas experience.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Advanced mechanical training from OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure employee safety protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day Midstream Maintenance programs.
• Provide operational and technical support for troubleshooting.

Skills

Advanced knowledge with natural gas and diesel fired engines

Knowledge of principles of compressor maintenance

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to operate vehicles and tools safely

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Tools

Microsoft Office Suite

Waukesha and Caterpillar mechanical training
