Job summary

You will partner with Treasury Management, Wealth, and other units to deepen client relationships, target clients with $5M–$50M revenues, and oversee a portfolio to meet loan standards while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of Middle Market/Commercial Banking experience.
• Proven leadership with management of relationship managers.
• Knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and OCC procedures.
• Strong sales, negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead development and growth of Middle Market to generate relationships with clients and prospects.
• Communicate sales goals and manage performance of relationship managers.
• Lead sales management activities including meetings, calls, and coaching of staff.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Wealth, Swap, and others to deepen client relationships.
• Target businesses with revenue between $5M-$50M and credit exposure $1M-$10M.
