• Senior Director or VP-level leadership in retail or complex commercial environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior executives.
• Proven ability to drive strategy-to-execution in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-year transformation roadmaps of Merchandising strategy with the Chief Merchant.
• Define planning calendars, deliverables, and coordinate across Merchandising and partners.
• Synthesize inputs into strategic priorities and executive materials.
• Manage initiatives with milestones, measures, and accountability.
• Establish mechanisms to track progress and report to executives; adjust as needed.
• Lead operating rhythm for leadership meetings and align communications with priorities.
