Job summary

Yale University’s Tsai CITY seeks a skilled program manager to grow and sustain its mentor network for Yale entrepreneurs. You will recruit experts, match mentors with ventures, and deliver mentor‑driven programming across Startup Yale, Demo Day, and showcases.

This hybrid role partners across Yale and uses CRM tools to track engagement, measure outcomes, and scale the program. A Bachelor's degree with experience in program management or innovation ecosystems is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, development, community building, or innovation ecosystems.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience managing networks (mentors, advisors, or investors).
• Ability to translate founder needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience working with early-stage startups, accelerators, or university programs.

Responsibilities

• Grow the mentor network by recruiting senior alumni and friends of Yale.
• Match mentors with Yale ventures and assess interactions for impact.
• Manage mentor experiences with events, office hours, and introductions.
• Build engagement pathways and coordinate with university departments.
• Track metrics and use data to improve scalability and outcomes.
