Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead Regulated Markets Client & Market Strategy for EGWP, M3P, and RDS. You will partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive growth, ensure compliance, and deliver meaningful value for customers.

The role shapes multi-year product roadmaps, manages budgets, mentors leaders, and advances AI-driven process improvements to enhance operational performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regulated healthcare, Medicare, PBM, health plans, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare programs, EGWP, PDP, M3P, RDS, and other regulated healthcare environments.
• Proven experience leading complex operational, product, or client-facing functions with significant business impact.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and translating them into strategy and practice.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and business results.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare STAR Ratings programs and quality initiatives.
• Experience identifying and implementing tech, automation, or AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategy for EGWP, M3P, and RDS products.
• Lead end-to-end product and operational execution for clients and members.
• Drive business performance by owning revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Establish vendor strategies and performance expectations for excellence and compliance.
• Guide large-scale initiatives across functions and systems.
• Ensure enrollment, billing, implementations, audits, reporting, and member support run smoothly.
• Provide strategic oversight of regulated market operations and anticipate client needs.
• Shape market positioning of EGWP offerings through multi-year planning and innovation.
• Lead efforts to support STAR Ratings performance and quality initiatives.
