The Cigna Group, via Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Senior Manager for Medicaid & Marketplace Client Strategy in a role that blends strategy, policy insight, and leadership. You will guide executives, lead a team of healthcare strategists, and translate evolving regulations into impactful business actions.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, deliver executive-ready recommendations, and drive client success while shaping talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, healthcare consulting, Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare, PBM, healthcare policy, regulatory affairs, government affairs, or a related healthcare environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience working directly with clients, senior leaders, or executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
