Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a senior leader to oversee Medical Value and Outcomes Research. You will direct HEOR strategy, health economics analyses and communications to population health decision-makers to demonstrate product value.

You will supervise interactions with KOLs, payers, and internal teams to align market access and clinical development. Travel ~70% to engage national/global stakeholders, with an emphasis on payer formulary bodies and health plan decision-makers.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or related advanced degree and 10+ years in Hematology/Oncology.
• Proven experience in HEOR and payer-focused communications.
• Strong oral and written communication, with external stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical, HEOR and outcomes research communications to health decision-makers.
• Develop and execute HEOR/market access activities and advisory boards.
• Build relationships with KOLs, payers and population health decision-makers.
