Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in pharmacy or related science preferred (PharmD, etc.).
• Healthcare professional license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for Medical Information activities within assigned therapeutic areas.
• Manage Medical Information call center vendor, including training, quality oversight, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate medical information readiness for product launches and lifecycle management, congresses, and scientific meetings.
• Review medical and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance to align activities and drive improvements.
• Monitor metrics and trends to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience.
