Job summary

Cognito Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Medical Information to build the MI function from the ground up.

This hands-on leader will establish the operating model, technology, and SOPs, delivering high-quality scientific content for Alzheimer’s and neurocognitive indications. The role includes designing medical review workflows, creating SRDs and medical FAQs, and leading a team to ensure regulatory and scientific integrity across promotional and non-promotional

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field with industry MI experience.
• Minimum 6 years of Medical Information experience; director/associate director level.
• Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulatory expectations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Medical Information function, SOPs, and content libraries.
• Oversee medical review processes (MRC/PRC) and ensure accurate, compliant messaging.
• Develop cross-functional training materials and internal reference tools for launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Commercial and other functions to support compliant scientific exchange.
• Contribute to AI initiatives in Medical Affairs with governance and quality control.
