The candidate will direct coaching networks, deliver individual coaching, and develop metrics to gauge program effectiveness, acting as a campus-wide ambassador for career development and alumni collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ progressive professional experience with career development, counseling, and recruitment.
• Budget and staff management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to develop and direct career- and recruitment-related initiatives, including planning, marketing, and evaluating program services.
• Excellent presentation, networking, and verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and management of the Full-time MBA Careers team.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term recommendations for strategies, policies, and programs.
• Direct the alignment and implementation of industry-specific coaching networks.
• Provide individual coaching to students with career development frameworks and resources.
• Track metrics to understand the effectiveness of coaching programs and outcomes.
• Serve as a career coaching ambassador and cross-school partner with NYU colleagues.
