NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director, MBA Admissions in our MBA Admissions team. The Assistant Director will execute and manage direct marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. They will also identify pipeline development targets, personalized interactions and efforts, program optimization, analysis, and reporting. They will write, create, and deliver marketing content for both in person and email interactions, develop and maintain metrics to measure success, managing projects and relationships with external partners for the Part-time MBA , MS in Accounting and MS in Management programs, and conduct market and competitive research to drive traffic, registrations, and enrollments.

The selected candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant professional-level experience including marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network and form new alliances and partnerships. They will have outstanding presentational, written and oral communication skills including experience with persuasive communications, writing, editing, and proofing content, and experience creating and managing direct marketing email campaigns. They will also have strong project planning and judgment and knowledge of marketing and recruitment processes, including relevant management systems.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000 to USD $84,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
