Job summary

The Fannie Mae seeks a Senior Director of Marketing Technology & Engineering to lead a cross-functional team building and operating the marketing technology stack, data platforms, and digital experiences. You will translate marketing goals into scalable tech solutions, drive platform modernization, and partner with Marketing, Data, and Cybersecurity at the enterprise level.

You will oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal CMS, Google Analytics, and Customer 360/CDP programs, ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in marketing technology and digital platforms.
Experience partnering with marketing to translate needs into tech capabilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
CMS expertise, preferably Drupal; experience with marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute marketing technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
Lead technical teams responsible for Marketing Cloud, Drupal CMS, and related platforms.
Own governance, security, scalability, and platform upgrades.
Lead data strategy for marketing data lakes, CDP, and Customer 360.
Collaborate with Marketing leadership to translate objectives into technical solutions.
Pilot AI and automation initiatives shaping marketing capabilities.
Oversee partnerships and vendor relationships for marketing tech stack.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership on complex concepts.
