Cboe HQ is located in the historic Old Post Office district, it's a landmark that blends classic architecture with modern amenities. This role has responsibility for managing all facets of our Market Data Administration function, including customer/vendor onboarding, licensing, reporting, compliance and billing. The person will be responsible for managing and setting direction for all processes, technologies and supporting team. Identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation and leveraging technologies will be essential. Responsibilities will also include developing audit plans and criteria for audit selection and perform data compliance reviews and audits of data recipient compliance with Cboe data agreements and policies. Sets targets and tracks progress toward annual compliance targets and supporting associated Data Vantage budgets. This position reports to the VP, Head of Market Data.
The ideal candidate has Expert knowledge of market data principles and policies and a thorough knowledge of the equity and derivative trading industry. Ability to communicate the intricacies of specific Cboe market data policies to regulators, global distributors, banks and trading firms. Ability to analyze complex and unique data usage scenarios in order to apply appropriate licensing and fees for data vendors and subscribers. Demonstrates hands-on experience using artificial intelligence techniques and agents to create efficiencies and develop innovative analysis. Working knowledge with market data administration tools and technologies.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market-informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $233,750-$302,500, with actual compensation determined by job-related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location. This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
