Cboe HQ is located in the historic Old Post Office district, it's a landmark that blends classic architecture with modern amenities. With its prime location in the heart of downtown, the OPO Building provides easy access to major transportation hubs, including Union Station and multiple CTA lines, making it convenient for commuters. This role has responsibility for managing all facets of our Market Data Administration function, including customer/vendor onboarding, licensing, reporting, compliance and billing. The person will be responsible for managing and setting direction for all processes, technologies and supporting team. Identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation and leveraging technologies will be essential. Responsibilities will also include developing audit plans and criteria for audit selection and perform data compliance reviews and audits of data recipient compliance with Cboe data agreements and policies. Sets targets and tracks progress toward annual compliance targets and supporting associated Data Vantage budgets. This position reports to the VP, Head of Market Data.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $233,750-$302,500, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location. This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long‑term equity programs.
