Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics Product Development to help identify, develop, and monetize data products built from Cboe’s proprietary data and analytics assets. Reporting into the Data Product Strategy team, this role turns data and research into product concepts that shape the roadmap and drive commercial value.
This role will act as a player/coach by being an active participant in building new data products, while leading a small team centered on three outcomes: uncovering new data and product opportunities through rigorous research, partnering with technology and analytics teams to build and launch data products, and converting those capabilities into scalable revenue. The role also helps shape Cboe’s AI strategy by identifying where AI can enhance existing and future analytics products.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $233,750–$302,500, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long‑term equity programs.
