Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Market Access Leader to head analytics across ADHD, Parkinson’s, and postpartum depression products. You will align budgets, mentor the analytics team, and deliver actionable insights to optimize access, pricing, and payer strategies.

Strong communication with senior leaders is essential in this high-impact role. The role requires 10+ years in market access analytics, expertise with IQVIA/MMIT, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint/data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Previous Market Access analytics experience.
• Understanding of Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare channels.
• Familiarity with IQVIA, MMIT, specialty pharmacy, and patient services data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to create financial models and reports.
• Ability to communicate insights verbally or in writing concisely to management team.

Responsabilités

• Lead market access analytics across the portfolio including ADHD, Parkinson’s Disease, and postpartum depression.
• Align objectives and budget for market access analytics with organizational goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead the Market Access analytics team to meet objectives.
• Produce actionable insights to inform pricing, contracting, and access pull-through.
• Lead payer contracting deal analytics and business case development for pricing committee approval.
• Advise senior leadership on insights to influence short- and long-term access strategies.
• Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
