Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior leader to head Market Access analytics, overseeing analytics across ADHD, Parkinson's Disease, and postpartum depression products.

You will mentor the analytics team, align budgets with corporate goals, develop pricing and contracting insights, and influence senior leadership on access strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in market access analytics.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Understanding of Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare channels.
• Proficiency with IQVIA, MMIT and patient services data.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access analytics across portfolio.
• Align analytics team objectives and budget with company goals.
• Mentor and manage the Market Access analytics team to meet objectives.
• Produce actionable insights for pricing, contracting, and access programs.
• Lead payer contracting analytics and support pricing committee decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on access strategies.
