Qualifications

Job Summary:

Key member of Supernus Market Access leading the Market Access analytics team responsible for access and affordability analytics and reporting across Supernus’ portfolio including ADHD, Parkinson’s Disease, and Postpartum Depression.

• Responsible for market access analytics across Supernus portfolio including commercialized products in Parkinson’s Disease, ADHD, and Postpartum Depression as well as pipeline products.
• Aligns objectives and budget for market access analytics team with organizational goals, ensuring competitive positioning for Supernus products.
• Builds, mentor, and leads the Market Access analytics team ensuring team is able to successfully meet objectives.
• Produces actionable insights to inform market access strategy including target access, pricing and contracting decisions, as well as opportunities to optimize access pull-through, patient services, and copay programs.
• Leads payer contracting deal analytics and business case development for pricing committee approval.
• Advises Senior Leadership, Market access, and commercial leadership teams on insights to influence and drive short- and long-term access strategies.
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements:

Compensation:

At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $210,000 to $240,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual’s salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.

The total compensation package for this position also includes other compensation elements such as stock equity awards, employee stock purchase programs and participation in our Company’s discretionary annual bonus program.
