The Senior Director of Technical Services/Manufacturing Science (TS/MS) at Lilly will lead the TS/MS function across small molecule, oligonucleotide manufacturing, and TS/MS labs to support the site manufacturing plan and ensure compliant, validated processes.

As a member of the Lilly New Site Lead Team, you will shape medium- and long-term site strategy, mentor staff, and collaborate with Development and CMOs to advance process development, product introduction, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• PhD in applicable related science or engineering discipline (Chemistry/Biochemistry preferred).
• 10+ years in a leadership role managing operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the TS/MS function to support the manufacturing plan.
• Oversee NPI, process development, and optimization for TS/MS.
• Ensure validated processes and compliance with cGMP/regulatory standards.
• Shape site strategy as a member of Site Lead Team.
• Mentor and develop TS/MS staff.
