Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in project management, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Data-driven leader with experience leveraging analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations and directs maintenance activities across the park and attractions.
• Champions the Associate Experience and culture within the Maintenance Division.
• Leads complex maintenance challenges and partners with other parks and ride manufacturers.
• Oversees operating budgets and capital projects alignment with goals.
• Partners with corporate engineering and local architects to enhance the property, budgeting and monitoring spend.
• Identifies process improvements to drive efficiency, reliability and performance; reports KPIs.
• Ensures policy enforcement, regulatory compliance, and CMMS governance across assets.
• Upholds company safety standards and drives safety culture improvements.
• Aligns divisional priorities with enterprise objectives and delivers results.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Park President.
