Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Director, M&A to lead mergers and acquisitions and drive corporate development initiatives that support growth and value creation. This role collaborates with the VP of Strategy & Operations, CFO/COO, and executive team to manage strategy, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of leading complex M&A transactions from initial evaluation and valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, transaction structuring, and investment returns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A process from identification to closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and evaluate financial models and investment cases for transactions.
• Coordinate diligence with internal teams and external advisors across finance, operations, legal, and other areas.
• Partner with executives to present recommendations and guide investment decisions.
