Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or related work.
• At least 5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Proven track record leading complex M&A from evaluation to closing.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and deal structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A process from identification to closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate financial models, investment cases, and scenarios.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Partner with executives to develop strategy and present analyses.
• Evaluate financing options with Finance and Treasury.
• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and value realization.
• Support long-range financial planning and portfolio strategy.
• Manage external relationships with banks and PE firms.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing M&A team.
