Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Director, Customer Engagement-Lung to be located in Horsham, PA. This role drives integrated engagement across Lung and Head and Neck portfolios, shaping franchise strategy and delivering a cohesive customer experience.

You will lead a national field-based organization with Governance, Compliance, and Medical Affairs partners to ensure compliant, effective customer engagement and education. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial experience across Sales, Marketing and KAM with product launches.

Responsibilities

• Define an integrated customer engagement strategy across differentiated field roles.
• Oversee engagement and portfolio education with thought leaders and appropriate teams.
• Own execution strategy aligned with portfolio objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead a national, multi-layer field organization with clear role clarity and escalation pathways.
• Design orchestrated customer journeys ensuring timely, compliant information delivery.
