Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung Oncology and Head and Neck Oncology to support the Midwest region, with travel to field-based educational events and strong cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Medical, and Commercial teams.

The role focuses on leading KOL engagement strategies, shaping regional education platforms, and driving patient-centric outcomes across the Lung and Head and Neck portfolios.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a BA/BS Degree is required; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership with KOL engagement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and patient-centricity with ability to innovate and deliver results.
• Demonstrated understanding of industry trends and effective strategy development.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships with focus on patient impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team with local market insights.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to advance brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with analytics to understand regional variations in treatment patterns for placement.
• Monitor the regional marketing budget and advise on business planning.
• Shape innovative educational platforms including national and regional recommendations.
• Lead brand strategy inclusive of CAC, Totality, MRC and agency management.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to develop tools for insight placement.
• Potentially mentor other TLLs to increase capabilities.
• Maintain understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
